Fraudulent return policy on fake and out of date products. Will deny responsibility, say if product opened return not possible (opening is sole way to know product bad) quote conflicting "policies" made up on tje spot, in short make you jump through obstacle after obstacle, even for repeat customers. My first order contained dried out past expiry mascaras and pencils. L'Occitane hand lotion smelled rotten. Bad company.
