Order experience could be much better:
Delivery cost was not listed until after my payment was processed. Since it wasn't included anywhere before that, I assumed delivery would be free. It wasn't.
Default - which I didn't spot in time - was to opt-in to marketing emails. Now I'll have to figure out how to opt out.
