Hi - as yet I have not received my parcel due to a series of delivery issues with UKMail. This is not the first time they have been poor. Can I suggest you use Royal Mail, DPD or link. They are far more efficient and also contactable by phone.
Im sure the product will be great but I will only know for sure when UKMail deliver it.
