Unfortunately my Meals weren't delivered, waiting around all day & attempted to make contact early afternoon with no access to Phone Inquiry because of Demand I left 2 Emails until I finally heard that due to System Upgrade my Delivery & Order had been lost. We were asked to remain patient with New System Implementation & I had honoured that with all sorts of problems before that including an extra EF Deduction from my Bank Account for another order. System blackouts too numerous to mention which meant I was left with no meals for this period. Yes a solution was offered for a possible re delivery for another two days time BUT the solution didn't solve the plans i had already undertaken. So I am being generous with a rating of 2 because I have not received 1 Phone Call to apoligise!
