The food is lovely, but I would appreciate more transparency about the cost of meals and additional items after the NDIS discount is applied. As it currently stands, all I see is the total order cost and have absolutely no insight into the individual prices, beyond guesswork. This can make it difficult to effectively budget. There also seems to have been a recent price rise, of which I was not notified. I assume that there has been a price rise, as I’m being charged around $4 extra a week for my 5 meal subscription. But, as mentioned, the lack of transparency makes it diffficult to know.
