We have had our ups and downs with this company. Generally good.
Areas to improvement are delivery drivers not clear where to drop food off. Change in driver often change in where to place food. Internal systems failed over Xmas - no delivery for about 8 weeks until I made contact. Fixed straight away - but what a time for this to happen. Not ideal if your client is non verbal. Meals do look very good quality though. So far tings seem to be on the up.
