Nourish meals are limited and repetitive. They are unsatisfying, not as a reflection of portions, which are small, but because they are unattractive and provide a limited range of tastes and textures. After a few weeks my stomach churned at the sight of the food. Interestingly, I ended up in hospital with issues they believe are related to improper nutrition. So -- eat Nourish'd, end up in hospital.
