Hi! Had the worst experience with NOVA DIRECT!
DO NOT USE NOVA DIRECT
It is a big SCAM!
My car broke down in France on A26 on the way to Calair on Friday 03.01.2025,called NOVA DIRECT on the phone for 1 hour to find out that I'm not eligible for recovery because I haven't notified the before I left UK even I've done the recovery brakedown specially for this trip!
THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE!!!
