Really bad customer service, Holding my funds and not giving it back to me

I have been waiting for my withdrawal since OCTOBER 2022
No communication from the company whatsoever. It is very easy for them to take your funds but waiting for this long with no communication is ridiculous!
I will continue to leave this negative feedback everywhere I can until the issue is dealt with!
