Very poor customer service. I tried to change my size a few minutes after my order was placed and I have not received a response for days. I am now left hanging without any guidance or clarity on a resolution with the size of the order still wrong. This should not be the case in today's e-commerce world. A change of size immediately after placing an order should be a very simple issue to solve!
