Novelship is a reseller. They don'y control the quality of the product. They offer you to pay full price for premium and authentic quality and they sell you a product with defects. I purchased a new pair of Jordan and a few weeks later, I noticed that one of the shoes has been painted with a silver spray. Now all the painting is peeling off and gone. I wrote an email to complain about the quality and to get a refund or an exchange but NO ASWER at all. They simply ignored my request.
