First order so a little unsure after reading a couple of cry-baby reviews, however, you don't try, you don't get. Ordered a pair of Keens that the manufacturer no longer has stock of. On arrival they are the genuine article, exactly as advertised, delivered VERY quickly (to NZ) tracked and informed all the way from order receipt to front door. I have found my new sneaker (and everything else ) source. AND they were cheaper than the manufacturers site, delivery included! VERY HAPPY with Novelship! Thank you!!
