DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! If the product doesn't fit, the returns processing charges are eyewatering, plus the cost of sending them back to another country! For a pair of shoes which cost $144, which don't fit, I have to pay to COURIER them to Hong Kong from Australia to the tune of $60 but then a return processing cost they charge of $93.20, so a total of $153.20 for $144 pair of shoes!!! Even if I decide they are too expensive to replace and just want a return, it is still 15% processing fee after I post them back to HK, so $82 to just return them giving me $42 back. I am now stuck with my birthday present the wrong size and I have to sell locally to help recover some cost. WHAT A NIGHTMARE, never ever again. BE WARNED.
