Bought a shoe but the shoe could not be delivered even after waiting for more than 2 weeks (I paid for express). Was asked to top up to get the same pair of shoe and I did so. Was told that I will get the shoe this time in 5 days. However after another 2 weeks the shoe cannot be delivered again due to defects and was told I will be refunded. A whole lot of trouble, anticipation and waiting to nothing. Highly do not recommend anyone to purchase from Novelship.
