This website is very unreliable. I have been waiting for my product for over a month now and no updates whatsoever. I have requested a refund and a cancellation for my order, but they are clearly ignoring my request as they are no longer responding. I am certainly not a difficult customer, I understand delays can occur, but this is unacceptable and the delay is way too extreme therefore I would like to be refunded.
