Very bad platform. Withdrawal of funds cannot be credited normally. Writing to the platform cannot be processed immediately. There is no customer service phone number or person in Taiwan to help. The system is getting worse and worse. The customer service staff can never handle the problem immediately. The feedback messages are never processed and updated immediately. No one will reply to the progress of the processing. They will only send some spam messages all the time. There is no positive response to the feedback.
