I was recently involved in an return/exchange where I had to obviously send the item back and then wait for it to eventually be received by the company who then had the correct size sent back out to me overnight and it was a perfect fit.
The communication was prompt which I absolutely appreciate as I was concerned I would have to wait at least 24hrs for a reply but thankfully that was not the case for me.
