I have made two purchases from Five Percent Brands. On both occasions, the communication has been first-rate, and delivery has exceeded expectations. Even with customised embroidery, the product delivery took less than a week. There is a feel-good factor about the brand and a values-based approach to business that I like. The products are high quality but fairly priced.
