God forbid you can get repairs done when it’s convenient for you and not the company. Your glass is ready after 3 weeks but you will have to wait another 3 weeks before we are in your area to get the windows fixed. Sure why not it’s only 105 in TX I’ll just keep wasting my money waiting on you to fix the third & fourth window that has failed in less then 2 yrs.
