Chaz was my technician, replaced my pads and rotors on my Honda. He's a pro, pleasant to talk to, explained the process, issues, answered my questions and concerns,recommendations. I feel very blessed to have tried Nu Brakes and I will be definitely be reaching out to them again when I need new brakes,thank you all for making this experience,process available, that includes from Nicholas, Hannah, Matt keeping the communication with me.
