Tech was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Job was done in a timely fashion, he answered all the questions I had (even taking the extra time to expand on my queries).
Scheduling was a bit of an issue after finding out that parts were suddenly not available in time for appointment, had to reschedule almost a week later than originally set due to travel schedule.
Overall generally favorable experience.
