First off, compared NuBrakes quote to competition after texting back and forth with the rep to describe the issues with the car. NuBrakes was leader of the pack for quotes, based on not physically having the car inspected. Brandon texted me that he could arrive earlier than appointment if I was available. Brandon didn't try to up sell me or come up with all the things mechanics usually do to boost the bill. I have never had a mechanic tell me that something wasn't required at that moment, but it will come up down the road. Decided to go ahead and have all pads replaced since we were already standing there. He was in and out in less than an hour. Waaaay better than sitting around in a brake shop for hours on end.
