The tech arrived exactly as scheduled and found my car without me being there. The service was very quick. I don’t think it took him an hour to complete. For that alone, I applaud him. So far my car is no longer rattling with my new rotors and brakes but although I’m stopping better, it’s still taking my car time to come to a complete stop. I’ve been in cars where you tap the brakes and you stop immediately. Maybe within a week, I will see better results. The price was right and for not having to sit in a repair shop for hours, I would recommend.
