An extremely cordial gentleman name Ricky arrived on time. He proceeded to explain the process prior to starting the job. It was completed rather rapidly, 20 minutes start to finish to replace the front pads. What really impressed me, however was the driving experience. The brakes felt more responsive and the pedal's travel length noticably declined. Very satisfied and will recommend Nubrskes
