Brandon was very friendly and very professional. He had a slot open early and I took it. He was on time for the earlier slot and completed the work as promised. I appreciated his advice on how to handle the brakes for the breaking in period and was very impressed by how he handled himself. I was also very impressed with this entire process and will recommend to everyone I know about how easy this is and how is was over $400 less than my dealer.
