From my first inquiry, I knew I wanted to have NuBrakes replace my front brake pads & rotors. Their communication of cost, status updates & appointment reminders was much appreciated. Amber was very courteous, professional & patiently answered all of my questions. Randy, the technician was very friendly & knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy his job. He was also early and that's always a plus! Randy completed the job in about 25 mins, waited for test drive to ensure everything was satisfactory. Thank you NuBrakes!!
