Ok, I will first say that Derrick was awesome and very easy to interact with. Great person. He got them three stars alone. The price was great, no complaints at all there. So the reason for 4 stars instead of 5...my intro to the team was really good. Scheduled a quick visit. Unfortunately, they had to reschedule me because they were running behind. Then they sent poor Derrick out with the wrong parts and we had to cancel and reschedule from Saturday to Wednesday. Can't say that I wouldn't use them again, because the convenience and price are great. So they will continue to get my business and I'll just hope for a better scheduling experience.
