Matthew showed me my current pads and rotors and suggested the front axle needed replacement. He showed me the price and it was exactly what the phone estimate I received the night before. He told me he’d be done in about 30 minutes and it was as promised. No more waiting two hours in a brake shop for me. I’m sold on NuBrakes and would request Matthew for any future repairs needed.
