This was our first experience using NuBrakes. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Our technician, Steve, was on-time and communicative throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond, even helping with advice on an exhaust issue. They were very transparent with their rates, and there was no pressure to purchase additional services. All work was finished in our driveway within an hour. Front brakes and rotors, checked the back brake shoes and drums (which didn't need replacing, but we had them cleaned), and a brake fluid change. I would definitely use them again and refer them to everyone I know. Top notch service!!
