I reached out to the company last year but I decided to go to my dealership. This year I needed my rear brakes replaced, so I reached out and I couldn’t believe they remembered my name, that was impressive! I scheduled my appt for 3 but the technician arrived at 5 and that irritated me, however he kept communication open and provided a discount in price. Jorge was very nice and took care of my needs. I would highly recommend NuBrakes to anyone. I’ve already referred 2 of my coworkers.
