I highly recommend and will be using NUBrakes in the future! From booking my appointment conveniently through test to my diagnostic, customer service was excellent. My technician Rene was extremely respectful and explained everything in a very easy to understand way. He gave an honest assessment of every brake pad and rotor so I just ended up paying my diagnostic fee (that he said will be credited for a future service) and didn’t end up replacing anything because I still had some life but will be calling in the future!
