The customer service was top notch and my Technician was super prompt and they even accommodated coming out to my home in Fort Worth even though my original appointment was in Plano and I had to change it. My technician was right on time and had great communication. he took the time to make sure I was comfortable with is diagnostic service and I didn’t feel taken advantage of being a women . This is my first luxury car and he did a great job giving me confidence that I had nothing to worry about. Since I didn’t need the service I thought I did I only had to pay a service fee and that can be added to any future service! Super satisfied thank you.
