Seriously not going back to a traditional auto shop unless absolutely necessary. Eddie texted when he was on his way, talked me through everything, performed the work that I okayed, took my payment, and was on his way. I didn’t have to sit and wait somewhere or try to find a ride. The pricing was half of what the other shops I had called quoted me. This is my new go-to.
