I called new brakes because I thought I might need new brake pads based on how my brakes were feeling. The technician was prompt, friendly and professional. As it turns out my brakes are still good. I appreciated his honesty and will definitely give them a call when the time comes for new brakes. Overall, dealing with NuBrakes was a great experience.
