I always hate having brake work done, due to the upselling of services, even though, as a former engine-builder, I understand the frequent justification.
However, in this case, Michael determined that no repairs were necessary, after 86,000 miles. I appreciate both the promptness and the honesty of the service. Nu-Brakes will be my first call when the time comes.
