It was quick and easy to setup an appointment online with NuBrakes and I received an estimate the same day. Brandon called to let me know he was going to be a little late from the scheduled time which I truly appreciated. Brandon came to my apartment and assessed my car and took a look at the brake pads and rotors. Initially, I got an estimate for just the brake pad replacements but then he recommended that I get the rotors replaced because they looked grooved/irregular. I went ahead and had both the brake pads & rotors replaced and he even gave me a small discount since this wasn’t part of the original estimates. The cost was much cheaper than what I would have paid for parts & labor at the car dealership. Brandon was super professional, friendly and informed me afterwards of the warranty details and to give a call if I have any questions or issues.
