After I entered my information about my car I talked to Matt via text. He asked for additional information, worked with my schedule and followed up after the job was finished. Derek came out on Saturday and walked around my car and advised me the brake pads were low. When I asked about the rotors he let me know what to look for if they are going bad. Not only did this save me money but it will help me later on. He got the work done fast and I took it for a test drive and no more screetching sounds coming from my wheels!
