My technician Eddie was spectacular. He asked to show up early and of course I let him. He then quickly diagnosed why my brakes were making a scraping noise, a bolt was broken. He went an hour out of his way to get a new bolt and refused to charge me for that extra time. I will be using NuBrakes for my next vehicle as well!
