I heard about NuBrakes while listening to Fred Faour and AJ Hoffman on The Blitz (ESPN-Radio, Houston, 97.5FM). My brakes had been squeaking for a few weeks, but I didn't want to wait all day in a brake shop (or worse, at the dealer) and pay way too much to get them replaced. June from NuBrakes (very nice, and very professional) texted me almost immediately after visiting NuBrakes.com and requesting a quote. She gave the estimate and set up the appointment to have a technician come to my house, all by text! When Lenny (the tech, again, very nice and very professional) showed up, everything was as June wrote. No up-selling, no hidden charges, no added fees. Everything (including the test drive) was done in 30 minutes, at about half the cost of other places. (Also, not sure if it's policy, but they even gave me a veteran's discount!)
