Matt, the technician from NuBrakes come 10 minutes early. Before he came, he call me ahead and told me his approximate arrival time. Matt is a nice guy & professional on what he's doing.
There was a small incident, my car has tire security lock. It needs a correct key to open the tires. I wasn't awared about this and I couldn't be reached. Fortunately, Matt was able to search my car and found it. Thanks again Matt.
