The process was as easy as advertised. Called back within minutes of my request. Showed up the next day, honored the quote given over the phone, completed in about an hour, and Benjamin, the mechanic, could not have been nicer. I would highly recommend (and this comes from someone who has a trusted car shop we've used for years).
