I never know whether to go along with these Fit Teas, but after feeling so bad about myself at 16 years old I thought I should just try Nude Teas. Despite being alittle naughty eating wise ive still lost 4 pounds in 4 days. Im hoping to see more good results by the end of the programme. My aim is to lose a stone! Lets see if they work.
