Plates eventually arrived but after chasing. Should really track all registration plates sent out as this will make it clear to customers where they are in the delivery process and stop customers chasing and getting frustrated. Communication with your customers could be more concise, contain detail rather than one liners with nil detail.
If comms / post & tracking process improved I would use again as plates good quality. Business appears to need some Managenent / Director steer & guidance on how it could be improved.
