I am so sad to say, I do a lot of online shopping, and this was the worst service I have ever encountered. Communication was TERRIBLE! I ordered 3 different products at the beginning of December and so far I have only received one. I emailed, text and rang, with no response back. Finally someone did answer his cell phone and twice I got told he would look into it and get back to me, which he never did. The Vitamins were being sent to my sons work in Ponsonby. I believe they may have arrived last Friday, but by that time he had finished work for the year, so I still do not have them. Terrible service! I have paid for products I haven't received and wont receive them until his work place opens again next year, so what am I to do? Go to a chemist and re- buy them? I feel I was treated VERY badly, and would never order anything from you again. I will also be sharing this experience with others, so they don't have to go through this terrible treatment.
