Poor customer service (never respond to the chat or email), very slow delivery.
I ordered two bottles of probiotic and a bottle of krill oil. I ordered on 3rd of Feb but the items never arrived till I email them (they did not respond to my question but the parcel arrived on 14th of Feb). However, they sent me the probiotic only. I waited till 15th but still no parcel so left email about it. So annoying. Never happened with other online pharmacies. Surely, the price is the best (the cheapest place) but I would rather pay more if I have to deal with this poor service.
