This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I strongly advise against using it.
I placed an express order for a supplement on April 4 because I was going on a trip starting April 12 and wanted to receive the product beforehand. Despite choosing express delivery, the estimated delivery date was April 11—one whole week after the order date. There were no public holidays during this period. Even worse, the package wasn’t delivered on the promised day—without any prior notice.
When I contacted customer support, they simply said they had forgotten. Because of this, the package was delivered while I was away on my trip, and I couldn’t receive it. The package ended up being returned while I was still traveling.
I was deeply disappointed and contacted customer support again. However, a representative named T. Lucas ignored all of my questions and requests and kept sending me the exact same automated response.
This company not only fails to provide the service it promises, but also shows complete disregard for its customers. I hope no one else has to go through what I did—please do not use this service.
If you experience a similar issue, I highly recommend contacting your local consumer protection agency.
