This was my first time ordering from N101. It took a bit longer than I used to. There was a bit of a mix up with notification of when the package was delivered. I phone customer service and sent an email regarding the non receipt of the package. I spoke to a very nice and professional rep and he was prepared to resend my order. As it turned out, the package was deliver later in the evening in my mail box. I call to cancel the reorder, and again the rep was extremely professional, but most of all he was extremely understanding and most of all it was nice dealing with a rep that actually seemed to care. I would recommend N101, My suggestion to N101 is that they improve the delivery time.
