“Seems to be something shady with N1o1, first when you leave a review if its negative they won't show it and delete it. The issue with price is also a red flag, while people state "fair price" you'd have to be an idiot to say a small, very small tube of toothpaste is worth $25 plus tax and shipping. They also lack specification of which product worked for them and how long they took it etc. The "Oh its all great stuff, worked for me" without any details at all are very suspect.”

“Flaky business. Placed an order. No email of order received after a week, so I email them to find out status. After several days I got an email response saying that I would get notice when items shipped. After another week I received an email saying items out of stock. I would have expected they would know inventory at time of order or at least within a few days. But to wait for over 2 weeks is unacceptable. Will not be buying from again.”

“I've ordered from N101 before - their prices are amazing! Shipping took longer than expected this time. I placed an order on 11/3 and it wasn't shipped until 11/13. Not sure if that's now their normal processing time or if this was just a fluke, but I'll continue to purchase from N101 because of their great prices.”

“This was my first time ordering from N101. It took a bit longer than I used to. There was a bit of a mix up with notification of when the package was delivered. I phone customer service and sent an email regarding the non receipt of the package. I spoke to a very nice and professional rep and he was prepared to resend my order. As it turned out, the package was deliver later in the evening in my mail box. I call to cancel the reorder, and again the rep was extremely professional, but most of all he was extremely understanding and most of all it was nice dealing with a rep that actually seemed to care. I would recommend N101, My suggestion to N101 is that they improve the delivery time.”
