They were shipped to Utah in a box that contained ONE SMALL COLDPACK that didn't even cover the chocolate items.They arrived melted, and "globby".Called Cust.Svc.& was offered $40.00refund for the Imelted chocolates.(I paid $74.15 for the order) I(n addition, the note on the gift receiver's door said to deliver pkgs. to the BACK doorwhich was accessible.Pkg.was left on FRONT DOORSTEP! i REQUESTED A FULL REFUND,WHICH IS ENTIRELY REASONABLE; instead I had to "haggle" with CHRIS, who offered only a $40.00 refund. I AM EXTREMELY EMBARRASSED AND APOLOGIZED TO MY 82 YR. OLD FRIEND FOR THE MESSY,MELTED CHOCOLATES, AND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED BY NUTS.COM RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT!
