Horrible, never tasted nuts so bad in my whole life. They are rancid and awful. The good price is because they are spoiled and disgusting. The reviews on their site must be fake because these are the worst nuts I've ever had. Stay away!!!

I ordered two bags of nuts. One bag came in open and stale. I contacted the company and they said they would send a new bag out which they did but they wanted to charge me shipping fee which I would not pay for contacted the company again explaining the mixup the person on the phone was rude and I have yet to get a new bag of nuts or my money back. I will never buy from this company again. I have contacted them through emails I have contacted them through the phone and all I get is a runaround.

I have no idea about quality of products since, after two delays, it has not been received. They keep telling me it should arrive soon but at this point, I doubt I will ever receive it.

I got an email about their "refer a friend" promotion where they would give new customers $20 off their first order, and the friend would also get a $20 credit on their next order - I did everything EXACTLY as outlined in the email, and placed a qualifying order, but the discount didn't get applied. I have been emailing back and forth with them for a few days now, even going as far as providing screenshots of the emails and showing that I did everything right, but they refuse to honor the promotion. On top of that, when my order did finally arrive, it was delivered by On-Trac (whom we all know is HORRIBLE) and they left the box at 9:00pm right in front of my garage door.... This was a "one and done" for me with this company - horrible customer service and downright deceitful advertising.

They publish glowing reviews on their website. Unfortunately none represent what you will receive. All the dried fruit was described in superlatives. I got hard. stale fruit. The apples and figs had a terrible taste. I contacted customer service and they refused to credit me. After that, with one last attempt, they simply ignored me.

I’m shocked how tiny and dry the chocolate covered pineapple is, I really am disappointed. The picture shows a decent size piece of pineapple, but it’s all chocolate. Tiny dry piece of pineapple, shipping was fast. Packaging was warm, but luckily it didn’t melt. I’m just very disappointed

Ordered large roasted and salted peanuts. 5lbs. The peanuts were no bigger than what planters puts in a can. Same price. The only positive take away is that the nut.com peanuts weren't oily. They taste stale though. I'll use mine for baking but will never trust the brand again.

Although the products are good, they mislead you with their spend over $59 to get free shipping policy. If you are sending multiple gifts in the same order, they do not count that together and charge you shipping for each gift no matter how much you spend overall.

Ordered buckeyes in chocolate for my dad at his care facility. Just visited him and he dad some leftover. There were NO buckeyes just small bites of peanut butter chocolate. They suck

Package was shipped on a different day than promised. Arrived much later than stated it would. After contacting company, they stated they needed to "look for it", so they had no idea where it was and continually blamed the carrier even though the carrier didn't have it in their possession. When it finally arrived, was melted. Whole experience with them was terrible, would not recommend.

Ordered 9lbs of Different chocolates for Father’s Day for my grandkids and family get together, after reading Up on the company shipping and it was stated that if you live in warmer areas, which I do, Florida. It was two day shipping, Ended up being three day shipping . After opening up the box, half of the chocolate was melted, contacted the company they wanted pictures to make everything right. I asked them to take the whole box back. I did not feel comfortable eating chocolate. I got that hot in a box. I have not heard back from them. Also I will not be ordering anything from them again. It wasn’t about the money or trying to get anything back. Customer satisfaction was a zero.

Delayed delivery and I haven’t received my order yet, and a very slow paced customer service. Bad experience for me. Keeps on getting worse. Will never recommend anyone that wants reliable delivery.

I have been a nuts.com customer for several years and the products that I received have not stood up to their statement about freshness. Every order that I placed contained a shipment that was stale so I will never order from this company again.

I've been buying nearly monthly for over a year. Nuts,cookies, and chocolate covered ginger and raisins. Excellent product and timely delivery every time. I haven't ordered for specific events or dates.

Nuts.com does not have reliable delivery. I placed an order 4/9 for delivery 4/11. After many emails and phone calls they finally reissued the order on 4/18 to be delivered 4/20. This morning I receive an email stating this order has been delayed also. Why offer your product if you can't deliver it? I will of course be purchasing another birthday gift but I'll never use nor recommend nuts.com

I ordered a few items on Sun., Mar. 30, items were supposedly shipped via USPS on Mon. March 31 and scheduled to arrive Friday April 4th. Sat April 5th arrives & I received an e-mail saying the delivery was now scheduled for Mon., April 7, more than a week from the date I placed the order. Hopefully I actually get it on the 7th; I need my coffee beans! I will be looking elsewhere for a company that can deliver on a timely basis since I PAID for shipping, it wasn’t included.
